From Koronadal to Alabel

My February-March travel has really brought my mood up despite the hectic schedule and deadlines that have been haunting me...

One thing that cleared my mind from the tax amnesty filing is the PICPA Seminar I had last March 1 at Del Rio Splash Resort. So far, this has been my favorite resort in Marbel and I'm lucky enough to have visited the place at daylight. Below are the photos I've taken during our lunchbreak.

March 2. The traveler-wannabe inside of me isn't just satisfied of Koronadal. Since I was with four other companions, we decided to visit Alabel, Sarangani Province. In going there, we stopped by at Queen Tuna Park in General Santos City.

Next Stop: Alabel, Sarangani Province. Alabel is a peaceful small town in Sarangani. We went to Ladol Beach and did some boating.

We then visited the Provincial Capitol of Sarangani. At first, we were hesitant to go there because it was a Sunday and government offices are supposed to be closed on Sundays. But we were surprised when we were greeted by the accomodating Ms. Zaluma Gampal of the Environmental Conservation and Protection Center. She gave us a tour of their Gallery and we have learned so much during that tour.

The pictures above show how rich Sarangani is. We have also learned that you can also find Tarsiers in Sarangani Province. There are still lots of places to discover in this part of the country.

It was such a tiring day... But we really enjoyed it a lot! =)

Super thanks to those people who have accommodated us during our trip despite the lack of notice. Thanks to Sales Family, Manong Boat Captain (for granting our request to go boating and for showing us the fish cages), and to Ms. Gampal of the ECPC for spending some time with us at their Gallery and for being so kind to show the place despite her busy schedule. Thank you!
